Was promoted to a Programmer/Analyst served as the lead programmer on the mini-computer. Developed programs for PC and POS systems. As a Systems Programmer, was responsible for the integration of the Local Area Network and the mini-computer. High-level programming on each platform. Implement DOS-based networking. Assisted help desk with technical problem resolution.

September 1982 to January 1984

Data Center

Began working through a temporary agency as a Data Entry Clerk and was subsequently hired into the position. Promoted to Data Entry Operator. Responsible for daily production runs. Streamlined operations.
